Welcome to ACO Fitness! We’re thrilled to offer you a seamless shopping experience, including efficient shipping and delivery. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your orders will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer the following shipping methods:
    • Standard Shipping: Free
    • Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. The tracking number will be active within 5 hours.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do/don’t offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • ACO Fitness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • ACO Fitness is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
